The first acronym is Screenshot. Refers to you screenshoting the messages, images, info and all problems you find online. Each device has a different way of screenshoting. Such as some have a key called PrtSc and others have Ctrl + Shift  + Maximize. These are some of the possible ways to screenshot problems. But remember screenshoting is important because you need evidence when you report the problem.
